What we collect
When you send a quote request, we get the details you type into the form: your name, phone number, email, project location and a description of the job. If you call or email us, we have whatever you share there.
How we use it
We use it to reply to you, quote the job and do the work. We don't sell it, rent it out or add you to a mailing list.
Who else handles it
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and the map on the contact page comes from Google Maps. These services may log basic technical data, such as your IP address, to run and protect their systems.
How long we keep it
We keep project details for as long as we need them for quotes, warranty work and our own records, then delete them.
